The 9^th national conference on evaporation and crystallization technology 2020 was successfully held

The 2020 ninth national conference on evaporation and crystallization technology, organized by the national evaporation and crystallization technology professional group and the national evaporation professional group, has recently come to an end in Wuxi. At this conference, the multi-field application of evaporative crystallization technology was summarized in stages, and a special discussion was held on the reduction of water resources of fly ash and saltwater reutilization. Chuanshun Wang, marketing director of Shanghai Senon Co. , Ltd. was invited to attend and presided over a panel discussion on the reduction of water resources of fly ash.

Fly Ash is the main carrier of secondary pollutants produced by waste incineration, cement kiln and flue gas dedusting system, which contains highly toxic dioxins, soluble heavy metals and soluble salts. And it is listed as HW18 hazardous waste in the national hazardous waste list.

At present, evaporative crystallization technology is the best technology for treating fly ash brine at home and abroad. The fly ash washing liquid enters evaporative crystallization unit and potassium-sodium separation unit after pretreatment Unit. The MVR evaporative crystallization technology is a mainstream choice.

On July 8^th, 2020, 200 tons/day fly ash cement Kiln Cooperative Disposal Project System of a cement company in Hangzhou was completed, and have been examined by Lin’an Sub-bureau of Hangzhou Ecological Environment Bureau, which approve and announce the project has passed through environmental protection acceptance. The MVR evaporative crystallization system is designed, manufactured, installed and debugged by Shanghai Senon Co. , Ltd. .
